Boutique Lodges, Holidays by Omar launched at the BH&HPA Conference

Building on the collective experience, strengths and successes of the Omar Group brands, and recognising the increasing demand for high quality holiday lodge parks in the UK, Boutique Lodges, Holidays by Omar (Omar Franchising Limited) has been formed, and was launched at the BH&HPA Annual Conference in London.
Boutique Lodges, partnered with leading UK holiday bookings operator, Hoseasons, is a unique franchise opportunity for landowners to create their own holiday lodge park following tried and tested methodology. From site development to park operations, Franchise Owners will be guided by the experience and expertise of the Omar Franchising team to provide individual, high quality holiday accommodation and service levels to holiday makers in the UK.
Using a Business Format Franchise model (one which provides Franchise Owners with a blueprint covering every aspect of running their business), Franchise Owners will benefit from an increased likelihood of success for their new park venture, particularly when compared to new entrants in the market looking to start up independently.
Through Boutique Lodges partnership with Hoseasons, Franchise Owners will be provided the perfect platform to grow their business. Hoseasons will provide a ‘personal approach’, offering expert advice and support every step of the way, helping to develop a product offering that maximises each owner’s investment.
Franchise Owners will benefit from two websites, which will help them to run a successful business. The public facing website will sell all the features and benefits of their holiday park, driving visitors and bookings. The second website, dedicated to Franchise Owners, will provide essential operational information and access to a valuable expert panel of suppliers and services.
Richard Sigsworth has been integral in the development of the Boutique Lodges franchise and will lead operations. Following on naturally from the work of Omar Park Development Services (OPDS), newly developed franchising collateral including three ‘best-in-class’ manuals have been produced. The Franchise Owners Manual, Site Development Manual and Park Operations Manual have been designed to guide Franchise Owners through their journey and provide a comprehensive turnkey approach.
