The Harbour Luxury Lodge (55’ x 22’)
The Harbour is a sophisticated and stylish lodge with individuality and character that takes luxury lodge living to a whole new level.
Clad in Canexel (clad in A Grade Cedar wood as standard), the striking monopitch roof with extended soffit and extensive feature glazing is the first thing you notice. Two sets of folding doors to either side of the front of the lodge and a further to the lounge on the side elevation, expand the living space outside; further glazing frames the feature double front door and tall slender glazed panels finish off the look. This is a lodge perfectly designed for a view!
The spacious accommodation within comprises of an entrance hall, large living space with lounge, dining and kitchen areas, an opulent master bedroom with large walk-in dressing room and indulgent en-suite, two further bedrooms and a luxury shower room.
On going into the entrance hall you’re met by a super stylish Revival Holborn Bureau Chest providing plenty of practical storage and an elegant Loughton Chair. Double doors in walnut with glass panels then open up into the living space.
The first thing you notice here is the space and light of the living area which is accentuated by the monopitch roof and light panelled ceilings (which continue throughout the lodge).
The lounge area with two large sumptuous sofas, a coffee table and an armchair sits to the front where the roof reaches it’s highest point, and folding doors open up the space to the great outdoors. Behind this a wonderful Willis & Gambier extending dining table with six chairs can be found providing the perfect blend of elegance and contemporary style. The impressive kitchen then wraps around the back of the lodge.
The fully fitted kitchen hosts an impressive array of designer Smeg integrated appliances including a range cooker with extractor hood, microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and not to forget the super stylish American style, freestanding Smeg fridge-freezer which even has an ice and water dispenser. This kitchen is sure to impress the most discerning!
A hallway then leads you though to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The opulent master bedroom sits to the front of the lodge and the folding doors add more than a touch of luxury… just imagine waking up and opening up the doors to take in the view over a morning coffee from the decking! A beautiful French style bed, bedside cabinets and a wall-mounted feature fire with driftwood complete the look.
The master bedroom leads on into a spacious dressing area with more than ample storage space and on from there you go through into a luxurious and truly indulgent en-suite bathroom. The en-suite is fully tiled and includes a Jacuzzi Sharp double bath, 19” Magic Mirror / waterproof TV with ceiling speakers and feature lighting in the step up to bath!
The second bedroom includes a stylish wall-mounted headboard, a beautiful French styled wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The third bedroom has a simple yet stylish ivory bunk bed and wardrobe. So not to be left out on the luxury front, a fully tiled shower room opposite the third bedroom includes a walk-in shower with overhead soaker and stylish countertop basin.
The Harbour isn’t just about the impressive structure, stunning interior design or the beautiful, carefully chosen furnishings though, it’s the little details that make it even more special. Victorian style radiators, brushed steel sockets and switches and lined curtains and blinds in gorgeous fabrics add those all-important finishing touches.
As you would expect, and as with all Wessex lodges, the Harbour is built to BS 3632, the residential standard. Higher insulation standards, a 10-year Gold Shield structural warranty and a striking monopitched tiled roof guaranteed for 40 years all come together to give you peace of mind.
The show model (55’ x 22’) has been sold to Plas Coch Holiday Homes and is available for sale – POA. For more information please call 01248 711 920 or visit www.parkleisure.co.uk.
